Interlocked hands are a sign of anxiety and stress, which is not particularly exemplified by any other behaviors he undertakes.

One of his commonly used tools for interviews and to highlight statements is the gestures he uses during his interview. He does very frequently throughout many interviews.

Left downward looking indicates silent self-conversation or self-talk, typically in trying to arrive at a view or decision.

A great skill for good interviewers, shows attentiveness and respect.

Nodding is a sign of agreement, likewise it means the same in this case. The interviewer is stating facts and Obama is silently agreeing and acknowledging them as facts.

Common and a baseline behavior for him, he uses raised eyebrows to emphasize statement as in any other interview.

In response to a jokingly asked question about his golf skills, he cracks a smile for the audience. This signifies amusement and it is viably a true smile, as it reaches his eyes and his lips are full and not forced.

Side Note: Obama was more restricted in this interview than others, following the first behavior. This could be an arm freeze behavior where he restricts arm movements do to anxiety, however it could also be a sign of professionalism not to use such flamboyant gestures.
