Here, Clinton holds a genuine smile, it reaches her eyes and her smile is full faced using all the commonly used muscles. Not restricted nor is it tense. She is humored by a joke that is told

She nods while her interviewer is finishing her question, a sign of listening intently and communicating this to the other person to have it known that she understands.

Here, Clinton is denying any plans to run for the 2016 elections.
Her shaking her head no solidifies this statement.

Same as raised eyebrows, except gestures also reassures the other individual that the statement being said is true.

Looking down to the right is significant, this is not a behavior common to Clinton in interviews. This represents accessing feelings  to answer questions, which is quite okay because she is discussing her feelings of what she'll do without the elections.
______________________________________________________________________
True laugh, does not look tense or forced and responded quite well in conjunction to the statement.
_______________________________________________________________________
Throughout the entire interview, Clinton maintains respectful eye contact and attention to the interviewer, a trademark of a professional.
________________________________________________________________________
Looking down to the left is indicative of accessing facts and a means of rationalization to come to a conclusion.
________________________________________________________________
Furrowing of the eyebrows, squinting of the eyes, and the gestures made with her hands all point to her being frustrated. This is unique to an interview and not quite professional.

Side Note: Hilary Clinton is much more animated and personal of all three of the politicians.
